Sales Support – Middle East, based in Dubai

We are hiring a Sales Support for the Middle East and Africa sales team based in our Dubai office.

How you’ll spend your time…

• Support the sales team in executing their sales plans to allow the team to achieve its targets in line with the wider MEA and EMEA sales plans.
• Support the Dubai based Sales team in the retention of existing client assets.
• Update and manage Salesforce on behalf of the MEA team.
• Support the Head of Middle East and Africa on Management Reporting.
• Liaise with hotels/conference spaces for organising various MEA events.
• Other specific duties or tasks as required and delegated as part of the wider Middle East team’s goals and targets.

To be successful in this role you will have…

• Prior relevant experience within Financial Services.
• Highly Organised and flexible, able to manage and support wider teams and pivot when required.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.

It would be great if you also had…

• Asset Management experience.
• An aspiration to learn about Asset Management.
• Fluent (or working knowledge of) Arabic
