Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sales Supply & Support Group Leader to integrate retail communication with store-level supply processes. You will ensure goods availability and align supply with demand, supporting efficient logistics and service levels in stores.

Lead with strong Excel/MS Office skills, coach teams on range planning, monitor shortages, and drive cost efficiencies while upholding the retailer's customer promise across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, supply chain, or logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
• Strong English language skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to fulfilling customer promises by ensuring goods availability.
• Create awareness in the commercial team about availability issues.
• Support sales with range management and country range decisions.
• Assist store range administration and replenishment parameters.
• Monitor shortages and secure goods availability at low costs.
