Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods availability and minimize shortages to meet customer promises.
• Create awareness of availability issues within the commercial team.
• Support range management and administration of range in the system.
• Monitor deviations between range framing and store/country agreements.
• Assist store logistics with administering store range per country decisions.
• Provide forecast alignment for strategic articles and reconcile central vs local forecasts.
• Follow up on store range to ensure items are stocked and offered.
• Drive cost reductions and improve tools/procedures for efficiency.
• Uphold IKEA culture and support store colleagues with knowledge sharing.
• Identify team capabilities and implement training plans.
