Job summary

Wolfi's in Dubai is seeking an Apparel Sales Specialist to deliver expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service. You will create engaging in-store experiences by understanding rider needs and guiding gear selection.

Responsibilities include driving store sales, maintaining product displays, staying updated on cycling trends, and collaborating with the team to ensure a world-class customer journey. Proficiency in English (Russian a plus) and a passion for cycling are ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Deep passion for cycling and a genuine interest in the cycling community.
• Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Russian or other languages is a plus.
