Job summary

Wolfi's in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales and profitability.

You will develop the in-store team, manage inventory and visual standards, and represent the brand within the local cycling community. Experience in retail leadership and a passion for cycling are essential for this fast-paced, premium environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of retail operations, inventory and visual standards.

Role Purpose

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the day to day operations of a Wolfi's store. This includes delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales and profitability, developing the in store team, and ensuring operational standards are consistently met. As a key leader on the ground, the Store Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the Wolfi's brand to life, building community connections, and inspiring a high performance, customer-first culture.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead the store team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and expert guidance.
• Promote a strong customer focused culture through coaching and recognition.
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions.

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and lead a passionate and knowledgeable retail team.
• Conduct regular one on one check ins, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Develop succession plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Lead by example, championing Wolfi's values and setting a high standard of professionalism.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Support store led events and activations to increase customer engagement.
• Promote a welcoming, inclusive space for all levels of cyclists and athletes.
