Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Understanding of retail operations, inventory and visual standards.
• Interest in cycling, triathlon, fitness, and premium cycling products.
• Proficient in POS systems, retail software and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Lead an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional service and expert guidance to customers.
