Job summary

Exotic Colors L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic Candy Store Sales Associate to greet families, showcase products, and deliver a fun, welcoming shopping experience.

You will lead quick product demonstrations, handle cash at the POS, maintain attractive displays, hit daily targets, and assist with party orders while engaging both children and parents with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably in F&B, candy, or toy stores.
• A real salesperson — someone who knows how to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales.
• Friendly personality with the ability to engage children and adults.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Basic computer skills.
