Job summary

Exotic Colors in Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly retail sales Associate to greet families and drive candy sales. You will engage customers, suggest products, and ensure appealing displays to attract kids and parents alike.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong upselling skills, and cash handling with POS usage. You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets and support party orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience in retail, preferably F&B candy or toy stores.
• A real salesperson who knows how to attract customers, recommend products and close sales.
• Friendly personality with the ability to engage children and adults.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive and energetic personality who enjoys working with families and kids.
