Job summary

Al Tannan Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Assistant to engage with customers, help them choose toys, collectibles, anime and pop culture items, and process purchases while maintaining the store's presentation and service standards.

You will contribute to merchandising efforts, support online promotions, and collaborate with the team to achieve KPI targets such as conversion, UPT and ATV in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of frontline retail experience in toys, collectibles, or pop culture.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic merchandising principles.
• KPI-driven mindset with focus on conversion, UPT and ATV.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert guidance on products and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers providing expert guidance on product features collections and recommendations
• Drive sales through effective up-selling cross-selling and promotional activities
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns efficiently
• Maintain stock levels perform merchandising duties and ensure displays are attractive and organized
• Monitor and meet store KPIs including conversion rates UPT and ATV
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment
• Stay knowledgeable about current products trends and pop culture
• Assist with online promotions and any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements
