Job summary

Lollipop Factory in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to welcome kids and families, present candy ranges, and turn visits into sales. You will work in a family-friendly environment, maintain displays, and help with party orders.

The role offers full-time retail hours, weekend rotation, and salary progression with commissions and tips, plus medical insurance and UAE benefits. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years proven sales experience in retail (F&B, candy or toys).
• Friendly, energetic personality and proven ability to close sales.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families in a fun and welcoming way.
• Introduce candy products, offer samples, and recommend items.
• Keep displays attractive, fresh, and well stocked.
• Promote offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages.
• Share ingredient information with parents who have dietary questions.
• Assist with party orders and event preparations.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe store with the team.
