Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team and Commercial Director. The role involves handling quotations, commercial offers, and ERP-based order processing, coordinating with Estimation, Design, Production, Procurement and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain customer records, track orders, and respond to inquiries, ensuring accurate communication across departments and with clients in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or sales.
• 3–5 years in Sales Coordinator or Sales Support.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing or construction preferred.
• ERP experience essential; Infor ERP preferred.
• Knowledge of quotations, orders, and order processing.
• Strong coordination and communication across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team, Sales Manager, and Commercial Director.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Process sales orders and enter details into the Infor ERP system accurately.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production, Procurement and Logistics.
• Follow up on project progress, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure customer requirements and order details are communicated to relevant departments.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, order trackers, and other sales documentation.
• Follow up with clients on quotations, purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
• Assist sales team in monitoring pending orders and timely execution.
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Support preparation of sales presentations, reports and other commercial documents.
