Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG sales operations.
• Knowledge of RTM, territory management, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, adopt, and align RTM models to deliver profitable market coverage.
• Define Right Store targets and optimize territory coverage and visit frequency.
• Design and deliver training to build sales capability and in-store execution.
• Drive sales development with KPI tracking and data stewardship.
• Lead digitalization efforts and develop Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
