Job summary

Opella in Dubai seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the regional sales team and drive revenue growth. You will develop strategies, coach staff, forecast performance, and align with Brand, Innovation, Science, Supply Chain and Finance to maximize opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and exceptional communication. You will report to senior management and help strengthen customer relationships in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG/FMCH is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with forecast accuracy and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance.
• Forecast sales, budgets and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Brand, Innovation, Science, Supply Chain and Finance teams to optimize sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
