Responsibilities

• Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors in Iraq and Jordan. Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular training, support, and performance feedback to distributors.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local market conditions. Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Iraq and Jordan. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Market Development: Drive the expansion of product presence in the assigned territories. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns. Conduct market analysis and provide insights for business planning and forecasting.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to regional leadership. Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless operations. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets effectively.
