Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS in the UAE is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing, customer communications, and data upkeep. You will coordinate with warehouse and logistics, generate quotations, and help prepare sales reports. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or admin roles.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
• Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups
• Create and update sales orders, quotations, and invoices in the system
• Communicate with customers for order confirmations and updates
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatches
• Maintain and update customer data and sales records
• Assist in preparing sales reports and basic documentation
• Handle basic customer queries and support requests
