Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Sales at Atlantis Dubai. You will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, coordinate records, and manage travel and client activities to help drive revenue and growth.

The role requires highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Opera PMS/Opera Cloud and Delphi Sales & Catering is a plus, and flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Sales Department.
• Coordinate departmental administration, maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support client and partner activities, and manage travel and logistical arrangements.
• Facilitate effective cross-department communication and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
