• Build Relationships, Not Just Client Lists: Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels—be the friendly first point of contact for our brand.

• Listen First, Sell Second: Understand customer needs through genuine conversation, then match them with the perfect solution from our services.

• Own Your Territory: Manage a pipeline of leads from first hello to closed deal, learning the art of the follow-up and the thrill of the “yes.”

• Hit Targets and Raise the Bar: Smash individual sales goals while contributing to a team atmosphere where everyone wins together.

• Never Stop Learning: Immerse yourself in our training, product knowledge, and sales methodology—then make it your own.

• Commission-based profile: Your primary monthly performance target is set at 100,000 AED in total sales. Upon successful achievement of this target within the calendar month, you will be entitled to a target compensation of 5,000 AED.
