Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify and acquire new clients for advertising signage printing, branding and promotional services. You will conduct outdoor B2B visits to retailers, restaurants, hotels, offices and event organizers to promote and sell signage products.

You will build a strong client base, understand requirements, coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate, close deals and achieve monthly

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in advertising, signage, printing, branding, or related production industry.
• Strong understanding of signage products, advertising materials, printing processes, and fabrication methods.
• Proven experience in outdoor B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Existing relationships with potential corporate clients in the UAE will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify approach and acquire new clients for advertising signage printing branding and promotional services.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to retail shops, restaurants, hotels, offices, contractors, consultants, developers and event organizers.
• Promote and sell advertising and signage products including shopfront signs, 3D letters, LED signs, lightboxes, acrylic signage, ACP signage, banners, vinyl graphics and large-format printing.
• Generate new business opportunities for exhibition stands, event branding, vehicle branding, corporate branding and promotional displays.
• Build and maintain a strong client database and develop long-term business relationships.
• Understand client requirements, arrange site visits and measurements and coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities within the UAE advertising and signage industry.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, quotations, sales activities and follow-ups.

Existing relationships with potential corporate clients, retailers, restaurants, hotels, contractors, consultants, or event companies in the UAE will be an advantage. Ability to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable advertising, signage, and branding solutions. Experience preparing or coordinating quotations and following up with estimation and production teams. Target-driven personality with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop new accounts independently and consistently generate business opportunities. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driving licence is Mandatory. Candidates must have relevant industry experience in advertising, signage, or printing sales. General sales experience in unrelated industries will not be considered.
