Job summary

Client of Gulf Workforce in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven Sales professional with 3+ years in UAE fit-out and signage to drive business growth across contractors and corporate clients.

You will build relationships, promote branding and display solutions, and coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction. Excellent negotiation and field-sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE sales experience in fit-out and signage industries.
• Strong knowledge of signboards, signage, kiosks and branding solutions.
• Existing UAE customer network highly preferred.
• Proven track record in business development and meeting targets.
• Strong UAE market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through client visits, networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and corporate clients.
• Promote fit-out signage, exhibition branding and display solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with design, production and installation teams.
• Track project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sales pipelines, reports and customer records.
• Identify opportunities across retail, hospitality, F&B, corporate and construction sectors.
