Job summary

Total Packaging Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site Sales Manager in Sharjah, UAE. You will lead and develop a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to drive revenue growth in the packaging sector.

Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, visiting customers, negotiating, and delivering tailored proposals and quotations. You will maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with operations and logistics for on-time delivery, and provide forecasts and market

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B and B2C sales and account management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Proficiency in prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and business finance.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, logistics and finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent.
• Fluency in English; regional language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Packaging/Industrial equipment in UAE or GCC preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Managers role based in Sharjah UAE. The Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the packaging market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, visiting customers, conducting negotiations, and preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries, and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and recommend strategies to improve pricing, positioning, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B,B2C sales and account management, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in prospecting, pipeline management, and using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and basic financial concepts relevant to sales and contracts.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering ,Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an added advantage.
• Previous Packaging Machines/Industrial Equipments experience working in the UAE or GCC market and a valid ability to work in UAE is preferred.But transferrable to any branch in GCC/MEMA regions
