Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager for Flexible Packaging to drive growth across MENA and African markets. You will build the export pipeline, manage key accounts, and negotiate margins while navigating regional dynamics.

The role requires minimum 5 years in export sales within flexible-packaging, strong Arabic and English communication, and a proven track record across the MENA and Africa regions. Willingness to travel extensively is essential.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Export Sales Manager to develop our flexible-packaging business across the MENA and African markets.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful export-sales experience specifically within the flexible-packaging industry
• Currently based in the MENA region, with sound knowledge of the regional market
• Fluency in Arabic and strong professional communication skills in English
• Proven track record in developing business across the MENA and African regions
• Established customer relationships within the dairy, FMCG, pharmaceutical and beverage sectors
• Strong capabilities in new-business development, key-account management, commercial negotiation, margin management and payment collection
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned markets
