About the Role

As a Sales Manager for Tiles, you will play a key role in driving the success and sales growth of our Tiles and Slabs category, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi market. A good understanding of the Abu Dhabi market, customer base, key accounts, and competitive landscape will be essential to identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence in the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote our offerings to retail clients through showroom and outdoor activities, build strong and lasting customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will be instrumental in developing market strategies and identifying opportunities to grow the Tiles and Slabs business in Abu Dhabi, while ensuring our products and services meet market demands and exceed client expectations.

You will also contribute to new product development by evaluating marketability and gathering customer feedback, while staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity. Managing sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from quotation to after-sales follow-up, will be central to your role. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and promoting the Sanipex brand to the highest standards will be key responsibilities.

About You

As a Sales Manager in our Tiles/Slabs category, you must possess a deep understanding of the tiles and slabs industry, including the latest trends and developments. You will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the tiles and slab industry, and is known for your ability to close deals, manage key accounts, and exceed targets. A valid driving license and experience working within the local market are essential for success in this role.

Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to interact with clients and colleagues across different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you will be committed to personal, divisional, and company goals.
