Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai seeks an experienced sales professional to lead luxury hotel accounts and drive revenue growth. You will partner with the Associate/Director of Sales to develop a structured business plan, pre-qualify prospects, and manage quotes and contracts.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury hotel sales, deep knowledge of account management and negotiation, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills. UAE market experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business across segments.
  • Strong knowledge of account management, business development, contract negotiation, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue-driven sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a structured, timely personal business plan with the Associate/Director of Sales and maintain records of all contracts and quotes.
  • Understand contribution margins for each product and work with department heads to maximize operating results.
  • Achieve targets for new active accounts, room nights, banquet covers, and revenue as set by leadership.
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor market trends to keep sales strategies competitive.
  • Pre-qualify and target prospects using the hotel database and develop acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain and update the database of local group, catering, and conference leads.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize mix, pricing opportunities, and profitability.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify retention and growth opportunities.

The incumbent in the position is responsible to meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and to direct all efforts to achieve pre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

To develop in conjunction with Associate/Director of Sales a structured, timely, achievable personal business plan and maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel.

To have a good understanding of contribution margins for each product results and work with respective heads of departments to maximize Operating results.

To a chieve targets in terms of number of new active Accounts, Room Nights, Banquet Covers and Revenue as set by the Associate/Director of Sales.

Conduct comprehensive competitor research and continuously monitor local, regional, and international market trends to ensure the hotel's sales strategies, positioning, and offerings remain competitive and market-leading, while maintaining expert knowledge of all hotel products and services.

To pre-qualify and target prospects, utilizing hotel database and to develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.

To continuously add and update the perpetual database of local group, catering and conference leads and ensure implementation of an efficient and targeted acquisition program.

To collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize business mix, pricing opportunities, and overall resort profitability.

To conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, identifying opportunities for account retention, growth, and long-term partnership development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business across various segments.
  • Strong knowledge of account management, business development, contract negotiation, and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and revenue-driven sales strategies.
