Job summary

RMG Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned sales and operations manager with a proven track record of leading retail teams and driving growth across stores.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive budgets, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with mall partners to optimize customer experience and profitability. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and a hands-on leader with strong P&L oversight will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in sales and/or operation retail management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail, FMCG or consumer goods management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieving yearly budgeted sales and profit targets
• Managing day-to-day overall stores operation
• Optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensuring adherence to operational and sales and stores standards at the stores
• Preparation of yearly sales and operational budget
• Assessing, recruiting and developing personnel skills to meet operational and sales requirements
• Any additional duties requested by senior management
• Identifying and evaluating the sales per references within the retail stores and distribution
• Establishing, conducting and/or coordinating sales staff training programs
• Recommending operational improvements and/or changes
• Creating, ensuring and implementing high standards of customers' services plan
• Keeping awareness of the market trends by analyzing products and competitors
• Monitoring collection of customers' database for future potential retail opportunities
• Ensuring adherence to company operation practices
• Keeping a good relationship with the mall management and liaising with them for any business related
• Creating and utilizing an operations manual
• Evaluating sales and operational employees performance
• Recommending, evaluating the offers at the store
• Assigning sales targets by category and salesman
• Achieving sales and profits targets as budgeted
• Developing, creating and recommending an incentive and commission plan for the sales staff
• Ensuring implementation of maintenance procedures for all operational requirements
• Establishing a reward & recognition program in coordination with HR
• Regularly conducting SWOT Analysis for the operation
