Job summary

Idyllic Interiors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across the UAE. You will lead sales efforts, engage with corporate clients, developers, consultants, and contractors, and coordinate with design and estimation teams to deliver successful interior design and fit-out projects.

You will conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits, prepare proposals and commercial offers, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle while maintaining high client satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
• Demonstrated ability to secure projects and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of interior design and fit-out services, project sales, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable projects.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and regular sales performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
