Job summary

Idyllic Interiors is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the UAE interior design and fit-out sector. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors and developers, and drive revenue through strategic proposals, presentations and negotiations.

You will own the complete sales cycle, build and maintain a robust pipeline, coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare compelling quotations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong background in interior fit-out sales within the UAE.
• Proven track record of securing projects and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong business development, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and project acquisition targets.
• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the UAE interior design and fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and potential business partners.
• Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and project agreements to secure profitable business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to support a smooth handover after project confirmation.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
