Job summary

Samrtronx Technology in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Sales Lady (Arabic speaker) to join the vibrant technology sales team. You will be the face of the company, promoting products and services while building strong client relationships across the UAE.

The role requires a native Arabic speaker with fluent English, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a genuine drive to meet and exceed sales targets. A UAE driving license and own vehicle are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new sales leads and opportunities within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on inquiries.
• Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our technology solutions.
• Build rapport and trusted relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products or services, providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company CRM system.
• Represent Samrtronx Technology at industry events and exhibitions as required.
• Provide timely and professional after-sales support to ensure client retention.

Qualifications And Skills

• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English is essential (both written and verbal).
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology, electronics, or B2C/B2B retail sector. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply.
• Personality: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
• Appearance: Professional presentation and demeanor.
• Technical Aptitude: A quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driver's license and have own vehicle (highly preferred).
