Job summary

PulsePoint in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic plans and building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in sales management, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and a proven record of hitting targets. Salary is 1300 USD per month plus performance-based commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales management with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals.
• Stay updated on industry developments and continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance
