Job summary

Whizz HR Pvt. Ltd. in the UAE seeks a Senior Sales Executive in the sports category to drive revenue and grow the customer base.

You will lead business development, manage key accounts, and present sporty solutions to retailers, distributors, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate brings proven sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to meet monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in sports or related industries.
• Strong business development, negotiation and closing skills.
• Arabic fluency is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-management skills required.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is advantageous.
• A UAE driving license is preferred depending on travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports category.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, distributors and corporate customers.
• Promote and sell sports products, equipment, apparel or related solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Manage existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell where possible.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and payments as required.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the sports category. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, excellent client relationship management abilities, and a good understanding of the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and corporate customers.
• Promote and sell sports products, equipment, apparel, or related solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
