Job summary

Prykco is hiring in Abu Dhabi to drive Golden Visa and Will Services sales for local and international HNWIs. You will answer client questions, prepare applications and documents, and guide clients through every step with a white-glove service.

The role blends telecalling with multi-channel outreach to close sales and meet targets. You will manage client relationships, handle objections, and coordinate with agencies and legal partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
• Proven telesales record and ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

You will drive Golden Visa and Will Services sales for local and international HNWIs. You will manage client queries, prepare applications and will documentation, and guide clients through every step. This role blends telecalling with multi-channel outreach to deliver a white-glove journey and excellent customer service.

Your aim is to close sales, maintain client relationships, and meet targets that support our business objectives.

The role also carries customer service and objection handling. You will meet clients in person when needed and manage agency and legal partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Reach out to all leads by phone, email, and other channels to promote our Golden Visa and Will Services.
• Client Inquiries: Answer prospective client questions on eligibility, requirements, process, and benefits.
  • For Golden Visa, cover the investor, skilled, and talent categories.
  • For Wills, explain estate planning basics, DIFC and Abu Dhabi non-Muslim wills, guardianship, and asset distribution.
• Client Coordination: Keep a consistent follow-up schedule to hold leads engaged. Coordinate between clients, agencies, legal partners, and registries for timely submission and processing of visa applications and will drafting and registration.
• CRM Management: Track every lead and case through the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and organize the documents, forms, and reports needed for Golden
• Visa applications and will drafting and registration.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases.
• Record Keeping: Log all client interactions for accurate records, follow-up, and analysis.
• Objection Handling: Address concerns on cost, process, and legal questions, and meet clients in person to close.
  

Required Skills

• Advanced English required, with Russian, Turkish, or Arabic a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain legal and estate planning concepts in plain terms
• Highly motivated and target-oriented
• Proven track record in telesales
• Experience with CRM software, Salesforce preferred

• Prior knowledge of the UAE Golden Visa process
