Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers across relevant industries in the UAE.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet volume and margin targets.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
• Present ENPI's PET preforms and closures solutions with technical backing.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless fulfilment.

Leverage and expand an established customer portfolio and professional network within the UAE preforms and closures market to drive immediate and sustained revenue growth

Identify, target, and acquire new customers across relevant industries, with a particular focus on FMCG, beverage, and food packaging segments

Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management

Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with ENPI's commercial targets, ensuring consistent achievement of volume and margin objectives

Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to position ENPI's preforms and closures solutions competitively

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable intelligence and inform sales strategy

Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction

Nice to have

• Knowledge of packaging applications and the competitive landscape in the preforms and closures sector


• Experience managing key accounts in the FMCG or beverage industries


• Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written)
