Job summary
ENPI Group in Dubai seeks three experienced Electrical Technicians to support its packaging manufacturing operations. Two roles are in the UAE and one in Saudi Arabia, focusing on reliability of HUSKY PET Preform and SACMI Caps & Closure machinery.
You will diagnose electrical faults, program PLCs, troubleshoot HMIs and drive systems to minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with electrical fault diagnosis, PLCs, servo drives, and automation.
- Hands-on troubleshooting on PET preform and cap/closure machinery.
- Willing to work across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Immediate availability encouraged by employer.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, perform breakdown maintenance and diagnose faults on HUSKY PET Preform and SACMI equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Program, configure and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs to support continuous operations.
- Service servo systems, VFDs, sensors and control panels.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and spare-parts records per standards.
- Assist with start-up and commissioning of new lines as needed.

In this hands-on role, you will be at the heart of ENPI's manufacturing operations, ensuring the reliability and performance of sophisticated industrial machinery including HUSKY PET Preform Machines and SACMI Caps & Closure Machines. You will apply your expertise in electrical fault diagnosis, PLC systems, servo drives, and industrial automation to minimize downtime and uphold the highest production standards across fast-paced packaging lines.

- Perform hands-on electrical troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and fault diagnosis on HUSKY PET Preform and SACMI Caps & Closure production machinery
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to support continuous manufacturing operations
- Maintain and service servo systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and industrial control panels
- Monitor and maintain hot-runner systems and temperature controllers to ensure consistent product quality
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in automation systems, minimizing unplanned production stoppages
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, technical reports, and spare-parts records in compliance with ENPI's operational standards
- Hands-on experience with both HUSKY PET Preform Machines and SACMI Caps & Closure Machines
- Background in PET preforms, caps and closures, or plastic packaging manufacturing
- Experience in injection moulding or compression moulding environments
- Familiarity with industrial sensor networks and advanced drive configuration
- Prior work experience in the GCC region (UAE or Saudi Arabia)
