Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in Dubai is seeking a results-driven PowerSports Sales Executive to grow our motorsports portfolio. You will sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and related vehicles, explaining products, prices and offers to customers and turning enquiries into confirmed sales.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries, meet monthly targets, and support customers through the sales process—from product demonstrations and test rides to paperwork and vehicle delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles or automotive.

Responsibilities

• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and powersports vehicles and explain products, prices and offers to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads and turn enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and actively look for new customers and sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the sales process including product presentation, test rides, paperwork and vehicle delivery.

Job Description:

• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports vehicles and explain products, prices and offers to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads and turn enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and actively look for new customers and sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, including product presentation, test rides, paperwork and vehicle delivery to senior management

Qualifications:

• With minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, powersports, automotive or a related industry.
• Good sales, English communication, and negotiation skills, with confidence dealing directly with customers.
• Interest and good understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs or automotive products is strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred; motorcycle license is an advantage.
