Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Sales Executive for powersports in Dubai. You will sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and related vehicles, explain pricing and offers, and guide customers from inquiry to delivery.

You will maintain active follow-up on leads, achieve monthly targets, and explore new sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in motorcycles or automotive.
• Good English communication and negotiation skills.
• Interest and understanding of powersports products.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred; motorcycle license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports vehicles to customers.
• Handle inquiries, follow up leads and convert into sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets and seek new customers and opportunities.
• Assist customers through the sales process including presentation, test rides, paperwork and delivery.

Job Description

• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and other powersports vehicles and explain products, prices and offers to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads and turn enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and actively look for new customers and sales opportunities.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, including product presentation, test rides, paperwork and vehicle delivery to senior management

Qualifications

• Male, 40 years old and below with minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in motorcycles, powersports, automotive or a related industry.
• Good sales, English communication, and negotiation skills, with confidence dealing directly with customers.
• Interest and good understanding of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs or automotive products is strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred; motorcycle license is an advantage.
