TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Sales Executive – Personal Loans in Dubai to support a UAE bank's retail network. You will drive personal loan sales through branch walk-ins, existing customers and salary-account customers, while complying with the bank’s credit policy.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, cross-selling products, completing KYC/AML checks, and maintaining CRM updates for pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE bank personal loan sales experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE personal finance products and bank credit policy.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

We are hiring a Sales Executive – Personal Loans to join our retail banking branch network. You will drive personal loan sales through branch walk-ins, existing customers and salary-account customers. You will work to the bank’s credit policy and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual personal loan sales and disbursal targets.
• Convert branch walk-ins and existing CASA, credit card and salary-transfer customers into personal loan customers.
• Assess customer eligibility using AECB reports, DBR limits and salary and employer category.
• Complete KYC, AML and FATCA checks and ensure documents are accurate.
• Cross-sell credit cards, insurance, savings accounts and salary transfer.
• Work closely with the Credit, Operations and Collections teams for fast turnaround.
• Keep the first-payment-default rate and portfolio quality within bank limits.
• Run branch activations and employer visits to grow the salary-account base.
• Update the CRM daily and report pipeline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in personal loan sales with a UAE bank (branch or retail banking).
• Strong understanding of UAE personal finance products, DBR, AECB, salary-transfer and non-salary-transfer loans, and bank credit policy.
• A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a bank.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with core banking and CRM systems (Finacle, Flexcube, Salesforce or similar).
• UAE driving licence and a transferable visa are preferred.
