Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Tele sales experience.
• Basic forex knowledge and fluency in English and Hindi.
• Previous experience in forex sales, tele sales, banking, financial services, credit cards, personal loans, or a related sales field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation, customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, energetic and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of forex trading and financial markets is an advantage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer enquiries.
• Able to maintain accurate client and follow-up records.
• Immediate joiners and candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Explain forex services, trading platforms and account types.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Assist clients with registration, KYC, account opening and deposits.
• Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and client-acquisition targets.
• Update lead status, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with customer support, compliance and operations teams.
• Follow company policies and approved communication guidelines.
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to the team leader.
