You will plan, organize and present compelling proposals to win meetings, conferences and banquets, ensuring a seamless client experience from inquiry to close.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication and teamwork with operations, sales and events colleagues to achieve department targets in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge about ISO 1401 is an added advantage.
