Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights in Dubai seeks an Event Sales Executive to deliver exceptional service and support revenue goals for the events department. You will plan, organize and deliver compelling proposals to win meetings and events business.

The ideal candidate has experience in hotel operations, strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with ISO 14001 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 Years Work Experience Hotel Operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
• The Event Sales Executive is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre-determined revenue targets.
• To plan organize and deliver outstanding proposals that win events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
