Job summary

ACHYUTAM INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Coffee Roastery Sales Executive for the UAE market. The role focuses on HORECA B2B sales and expanding private label partnerships with retail and corporate clients in the coffee sector.

You will drive end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and contract closure, including conducting cupping sessions and advising on equipment setups for commercial use.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Horeca sales is a plus.
• Strong network in UAE hospitality sector preferred.
• Knowledge of private labeling processes and contracts is desirable.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from lead to contract.

• Drive growth by securing new B2B Horeca clients in UAE.
• Identify and close private labeling contracts with retail and corporate partners.

• Private Label Expansion: Identify and close private labeling contracts with retail and corporate partners.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Lead generation outreach pitching negotiation and contract execution.
• Coffee Tastings & Demonstrations: Organize cupping sessions to showcase roasted beans.
• Technical Consultation: Advise clients on equipment setups; strong knowledge of commercial machines and grinders required.
