The role requires a hands-on, independent professional with a strong track record in project-based sales and a network that delivers access to key decision-makers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Facade industry experience in UAE required.
• Excellent network with Dubai/Abu Dhabi contractors and developers.
• Proven track record in winning major projects.
• Ability to access senior procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Independent, hands-on sales leadership with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of architectural façades, composites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with major facade contractors and subcontractors.
• Building connections with main contractors, developers, owners and clients.
• Accessing senior commercial, procurement and project decision-makers.
• Supporting existing project opportunities through negotiation and contract closing.
• Identifying new facade projects and commercial opportunities across the UAE.
• Understanding who controls procurement and package awards on individual projects.
• Tracking projects through the construction and execution stages.
• Developing intelligence around market pricing, competitors and decision-making.
• Working alongside established architectural/design relationships within the business.
• Introducing composite/FRP architectural solutions into existing facade packages.
• Building long-term relationships across the UAE construction market.
