Job summary

EAG Real Estate in Dubai is expanding its sales team to drive growth in the Dubai real estate market. You will provide dedicated services to buyers and investors, assisting in purchasing and selling both primary and secondary properties.

Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements, present offers to sellers, and coordinate closings while maintaining a consumer-facing presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Real estate experience in Dubai and proven community expert in one area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Languages: Russian, German and Arabic.
• Valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated services to buyers and investors and assist in purchasing and selling, primary and secondary real estate properties.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents.
• Be highly presentable to be consumer facing when required.
• Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
