Job summary

Empro Contracting in Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our fit-out, renovation, and maintenance business across Dubai. You will generate leads, arrange client meetings, and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

We offer a 7,000 AED basic salary plus uncapped commission, revenue share on closed deals, incentives for qualified meetings, visa and health insurance, and strong support from an established Dubai group.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales across residential and commercial areas in Dubai.
• Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Arrange client meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects through to closure.
• Negotiate terms and close projects.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, and deal progress.

• Arabic or other languages are a plus

Preferred:

• Experience in fit-out, interior design, renovation, or maintenance sales
• Valid UAE driving license
• Own car is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and the local market
