Job summary

Empro Contracting in Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our fit-out, renovation, and maintenance business across the city. Enjoy a AED 7,000 base salary with uncapped commission and performance incentives, plus visa and health insurance support.

You will generate leads, conduct door-to-door outreach, coordinate site visits, and close deals while building long-term client relationships. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales (B2C or B2B) in a dynamic market.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales across residential and commercial areas in Dubai.
• Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Arrange client meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Prepare quotations and follow up through closure.
• Negotiate terms and close projects; maintain client relationships.
• Provide regular reports on leads, meetings, and progress.

Empro Contracting is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our fit-out, renovation, and maintenance business across Dubai.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales across residential and commercial areas in Dubai
• Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Arrange client meetings and coordinate site visits
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects through to closure
• Negotiate terms and close projects
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings, and deal progress

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in field sales, B2C, or B2B sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic or other languages are a plus

Preferred

• Experience in fit-out, interior design, renovation, or maintenance sales
• Valid UAE driving license
• Own car is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and the local market
