Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager – Corporate Segments to develop corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment business across our hotel cluster. You will drive new business, grow key accounts, and manage client relationships from enquiry to post-event delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience focused on corporate accounts or related commercial segments.
  • Previous experience selling hotel rooms, meetings, group accommodation, events, or hospitality packages.
  • Understanding of corporate travel, agency business, sports groups, entertainment clients, and event-related requirements.
  • Proven ability to identify prospects, develop accounts, negotiate agreements, and close business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident conducting sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
  • Ability to prepare professional proposals, quotations, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working toward revenue, conversion, and account development targets.
  • Excellent organization and time-management with careful attention to follow-up and documentation.
  • Ability to manage several accounts, enquiries, appointments, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and activity reporting.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented while remaining an effective team contributor.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel sales environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage).

Overview

The Sales Manager – Corporate Segments in Dubai focuses on developing corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment business for an Accor hotel cluster. The role combines new business acquisition, account growth, client relationship management, proposal development, market intelligence, CRM administration, and revenue delivery across multiple commercial segments.

Salary: 12,000–18,000 per month (estimated)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and prospective corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment accounts.

  • Ensure client requirements are communicated accurately to relevant departments before arrival or event delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market demand, pricing movements, emerging segments, and industry developments.
  • Use market findings to recommend new account targets, packages, partnerships, and sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account profiles, opportunity stages, client interactions, and follow‑up actions.
  • Keep the sales pipeline current and provide reliable revenue forecasts to management.
  • Prepare regular activity reports, account updates, conversion analyses, and performance summaries.
  • Track individual and team results against revenue, conversion, account growth, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Negotiate commercially sound agreements while protecting rate integrity and profitability.
