Job summary

FreeQuotes.ae in Dubai is seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. You will identify, contact and onboard service providers onto the FreeQuotes.ae platform through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email outreach and face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.

This hands-on sales role requires building relationships, meeting weekly and monthly provider acquisition targets, and providing feedback to management on market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account acquisition in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with business owners/decision-makers.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach including calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.

FreeQuotes.ae is a UAE-based service marketplace connecting customers looking for services with trusted local service providers.

We are building a platform that makes it easier for customers to request quotes while helping UAE businesses access new customer opportunities and grow their business.

The Role

We are looking for motivated and confident Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Dubai.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, contact and onboard service providers onto the FreeQuotes.ae platform.

This is a hands-on sales role involving outbound calls, WhatsApp communication, email outreach and face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential service providers across the UAE.
• Contact businesses through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person visits.
• Introduce FreeQuotes.ae and clearly explain how the platform works.
• Demonstrate how businesses can receive new customer leads through the platform.
• Register and onboard new service providers.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Follow up with interested businesses and convert them into active providers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, follow-ups and provider registrations.
• Work towards weekly and monthly provider acquisition targets.
• Provide feedback to management about provider needs, objections and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales or account acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face sales.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.
