Job summary

Agility Grid LLC is seeking Sales Engineers in Dubai, UAE to drive technical sales opportunities from design to quotation and order. You’ll collaborate with sales managers, customers and vendors to craft solutions and quotations.

The role requires strong communication, client-focused approach and knowledge of IP-based security solutions. UAE/GCC experience is a plus and relocation to Dubai will be considered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Inside Sales or Pre-Sales.
• Experience in CCTV, VMS, Access Control, AI/Video Analytics, ELV or IT infrastructure.
• Good technical understanding of IP-based security solutions.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive and customer-focused.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical & commercial quotations and BOQs.
• Support customers with product selection and solution configuration.
• Manage RFQs and follow up opportunities through to order.

Agility Grid is looking for a Sales Engineers professionals to join our growing team in Dubai.

You will work closely with our sales manager, customers, and technology vendors, supporting opportunities from RFQ and solution design through quotation and order conversion.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare technical & commercial quotations and BOQs
• Support customers with product selection and solution configuration
• Manage RFQs and follow up opportunities through to order
• Coordinate pricing, availability and project support with vendors
• Support our System Integrator partners
• Ensure quotations meet Agility Grid's commercial and margin objectives

We're looking for:
