Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with an engineering background and sales experience in Telecom, Cables, Structured Cabling, or related technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop business through solution and concept selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in Telecom, Cables, Digitalization, and Sustainability solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and commercial/technical proposals and follow up until order closure.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.

Skills

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Maximum 30 years of age.
• Previous sales experience in Telecom, Cables, Structured Cabling, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Experience in concept selling / solution selling for Digitalization or Sustainability products and services is an advantage.
• UAE market sales experience is preferred, but relevant international experience will be considered.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Valid driving license is mandatory; own car is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Good awareness of AI, digitalization, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
