Job summary

NAFFCO in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth for Smart Building Systems. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare and government sectors.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, presenting techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with estimation and engineering teams, and maintaining a proactive CRM to track pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required in Electrical/Electronics/Automation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Smart Building Systems, BMS, HA, GRMS, LCS & EV Charger within UAE/GCC.
• Strong understanding of tendering, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Smart Building Systems.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and government sectors.
• Promote and sell Smart Building Solutions including BMS, HA, GRMS, LCS & EV Charger.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end users.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote NAFFCO's Smart Building Solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, customer database, and forecast reports using CRM tools.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline
