DMC in Dubai is seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in MEP & Pumps to support end users, contractors and consultants with technical pump solutions for water treatment and pool applications. You will size pumps, perform head and NPSH calculations, prepare proposals and quotations, and provide on-site support during installation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in electrical or mechanical engineering, 8–15 years pump sales experience, UAE experience, a valid UAE driving license, and

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in pump sales.
• Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience selling pumps to end users, contractors and consultants.
• Strong technical knowledge of pumps, water treatment systems and swimming pool applications.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate pump features, benefits and applications to end users, contractors and consultants in the water treatment and swimming pool segments.
• Understand customer requirements including flow rate, head, fluid type, temperature and viscosity and recommend suitable pump types such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.
• Perform pump sizing, head calculations, NPSH analysis and pump selection using manufacturer software.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, quotations and bid documents.
• Troubleshoot pump performance issues, recommend modifications and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, contractors and consultants to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
