Job summary

Sharaf DG LLC is seeking a result-driven Sales professional to drive the energy vertical in the UAE market. You will lead end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to closure, with a focus on MEP supply, energy retrofit projects and ESCO opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, a valid UAE driving license, and the ability to join immediately or within 30 days; proficiency in Lighting Design, MS Office and

Qualifications

• Experience 3-5 Years in Sales Experience in MEP Supply.
• Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree.
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle.
• Available to join immediately or max after 30 days notice period.
• Software Knowledge Lighting Design MS Office AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness of Sharaf DG Energy vertical in Dubai market.
• Develop a business plan for financial year with clear alignment on sales targets, segment timelines and projects.
• Ensure healthy client base & sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi.
• Lead generation, BOQ understanding, manufacturer/product selection, commercial proposal, negotiation, submittals and closure.
• Map weekly, monthly & quarterly sales plans and report to the line manager regularly.
• Perform market and competition analysis.
• Maintain good relationships with potential clients and partner brands.
• Capable to perform energy audits for lighting retrofit projects.
• Bid submission and timely response to RFP inquiries.
• Attend marketing events related to line of business.
